Unfriendly staff on the phone who like to use their tones and the pizza used to be much better than it is now.

I've been living in BV for some time now, delicious food, very fast delivery, very nice after renovation. Is very recommendable.

I can't comment on the restaurant, but I'm very satisfied with the delivery service. And the pizza was very good :)

If you order a Gorgonzola pizza then you should be able to taste and watch this cheese on every piece, taste disappointing, plus a starter of beef carparcio with a piece of waste stalk in the ruccula. Simply a no go. Once and never again, but everyone judges for themselves.

Discovered by accident when searching for good pizza, task accomplished, make sure you try it. Eat in our take away. Great atmosphere and decor. In and outside seating,. Recommenf to book a table for weekend. Bathrooms are clean and odourless. It is not fast food,, be prepared for a long wait or consider the take away. I will NOT be returning. I gave the benefit of doubt on previois slow service. I decided to order take away. After waiting for an hour and getting asked twice more what i had ordered i said they should just not bother with my order. What a dissappintment for an establishment that looked good.

The shop lives from the reputation of 15 years ago when the pizza was still really good. Ordered today as an emergency solution because our pizzeria was unfortunately closed. At the first bite it occurred to us why we shouldn't order there anymore. Pizza small, dry and tough. Unfortunately really not good. Noodle etc. I have nothing to say.

Very tasty food, extremely tasty tiramisu! Had to wait a bit before getting a table, reservations are advisable. Service also super nice, can be recommended.

Waited over an hour for the pizza, got the wrong pizza, brought the pizza back, actually the customer was there and was surprised that I brought his order back, then the dough was empty and we got our money back. The staff are rude and inattentive.

Were in Bad Vilbel yesterday. Ate there for 6 people. Staff friendly, courteous. Everything was very well maintained, food and drinks were also very good. To recommend.

Great place. Unfortunately a bit expensive, but it's also worth it. Am there more often and enjoy the time.

Great food and fantastic service

Very nice Italian restaurant in the heart of Bad Vilbel. You are welcomed very friendly and the menu is extensive, so there is something for everyone. I clearly recommend the mix of different pasta dishes (is also vegetarian); really delicious!

Catastrophe! Service tried hard but hopelessly overloaded. We have been waiting for food for 1.5 hours. Fortunately, there are alternatives. Never again!

We always liked to order from Il Sorriso, but what we got today defies description. The pizza was tiny and the approx. 3 cm wide edge was cross, but due to the width only a minimal circle of the pizza could be filled. The salami and cheese were "cheap goods". With a lot of good will I counted 4 mini slices of salami. Unfortunately, that was our last order. A pity

Friendly staff, delicious pizza and pasta

Pizza is very good specially the Capricciosa, but I was totally disappointed with the Lasagna, it was not bad but I was expecting something as really good as pizza

Everything is OK and menu is very good!!

Pizza is not my taste. But general good service. Good interior.

This place is located in Germany so if you're there feel free very good food
